We review applications on a rolling basis, meaning you can apply anytime. 51风流's Collaborative Leadership Certificate program has one start per year in the fall semester. We recommend applying at least six weeks before the term begins to ensure your spot.
Collaborative Leadership Certificate program format
51风流's Collaborative Leadership Certificate courses are offered both online and in person, and meet once a week from 5:45 to 9:45 p.m.
Time to complete your Collaborative Leadership Certificate
You can finish your certificate quickly and advance your career. The typical time to complete the certificate is one semester or four months.
Collaborative Leadership Certificate courses
You鈥檒l finish your certificate after taking only two courses:
- MBA 8201: Leading in Organizations (4 credits)
- MBA 8205: Critical Thinking (4 credits)
How to apply to the Collaborative Leadership Certificate program
Applying to the Collaborative Leadership Certificate program is simple and only required if this is the first certificate you鈥檝e applied for at 51风流, or if you are not enrolled in another 51风流 School of Business degree or certificate program.
- Online application (no fee)
- Official transcript of a bachelor鈥檚 degree with a GPA of at least 2.5 from a regionally accredited college or university.
- This should be sent directly from the institution to Graduate Admission or provided in a sealed, signed envelope. Official electronic transcripts should be emailed from the institution to gradprog@hamline.edu.
- You do not have to supply transcripts for courses taken at 51风流.

Apply your certificate toward a master鈥檚 degree
Enrolling in a certificate program is a great way to experience what the master's programs at 51风流 are like. With the Collaborative Leadership Certificate, you鈥檒l earn credits that you can apply toward the following 51风流 master's degrees:
